    Support Intern

    Accruent through its Internship program offer you an exceptional opportunity to learn and teach the ins and outs of a fast-paced growing Global Support team by providing customer service to help sustain and improve the use of Accruent's Enterprise Solutions worldwide.

    Responsibilities include working with the customer to troubleshoot, document, and resolve software or technical problems.
    The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have a passion for software, technology, customers, and problem solving.

    If you are self-driven, enjoy working in a team environment, have a pioneering spirit and enjoy helping others be successful, Accruent may be a fit for you.

    Help Support team to clearly identify problems and provide appropriate solution to customers issues.

    Are studyingComputer Science, Network Administration, Engineering or IT related graduation , expecting to graduate in July or December 2025.

    Have Strong English Communications Skills .
    Have ability to learn and master new software applications.
