We are working with a rapidly scaling MarTech business to search for a Chief Operations Officer / VP Operations, to help ensure their operational delivery capacity can keep pace with their growth after generating over 500,000 leads for their clients.
Salary Package: £80-100k + Benefits
Location: Kent (In-office)
This is a highly challenging role where the Chief Operations Officer / VP Operations will manage a team of 20 across Client Success, Sales and Marketing; develop business cases for significant operational delivery investments; design and refine operational processes and workflows as well as ensuring they maintain world class service delivery.
Currently at £5m ARR, they expect to double this over the coming years having beating YOY growth targets over recent years.
The Chief Operations Officer / VP Operations will join the senior leadership team, with responsibility for expanding the growth options and routes to market, owning the financial structure and brining fresh eyes to ideate new customer success improvements.
