    Description

    Job Description My client are a fast growing start up looking to change the face of financial advice and the way it's delivered in the UK.

    They firmly believe that a human adviser needs to be at the heart of every client relationship, however by leveraging technology they can empower their advisers to deliver higher levels of service and cut out a lot of the day to day admin that gets in the way.

    At their core, they want to build a game changer in the advice industry that delivers better customer outcomes, at a lower cost, for more people.

    Through customer-centric advisers supported by innovative technology, they can empower their clients to go beyond just making smarter financial decisions to living the lives they dream of.


    About the role:
    This is a business that like to do things differently.

    They have gotten rid of lengthy, paper based suitability reports and use technology to deliver full holistic advice in an entirely digital way.

    They are currently recruiting for forward thinking Financial Planners, who are frustrated with the status quo and want better outcomes for their customers.

    They want their Planners focused on spending time with their clients and not spending time with admin or writing reports.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with the ambition to move away from traditional wealth management firms and cultivate their own client base.

    You will play a critical role in the future growth, empowering individuals to make the most of their money and revolutionising what it feels like to receive financial advice.


    What you'll be doing:
    Creating new business opportunities leveraging embedded lead generation channels to build your own book of new clients.

    Providing holistic financial advice with a financial planning led approach, understanding clients' unique financial needs and helping them to chart the course to live the lives they dream of.

    Focussing on delivering an exceptional client service to build multi-generational relationships with both mass affluent and high-net worth clients.

    Qualifications

    You must currently be a minimum of level 4 diploma qualified, with a strong preference for those who are Chartered / willing to work towards Chartered status.

    You'll also have circa 2+ years of experience providing financial advice to clients.
