    Application Support Engineer
    • SC cleared +3 months ++on site in Stevenage+Inside IR35+£325 £355 a day Skills:+Applications, End User Support.
    + Windows+SC clearanceWe are for looking someone with broad knowledge but not specialist in App support and infrastructure. SC clearance is essential for this role.


    The Support Engineer will:
    Provide extensive end user support for Mechanical Design application for over 3000+ users.
    Be responsible for delivering support across 3 UK sites
    • Stevenage, Bolton, and Filton.
    Assist in the definition of best practice and processes associated with Mechanical Design applications.


    COMPETENCIES:
    Good knowledge of application/s supportDevelop effective resolutions for user problems and system errors.
    Adaptability to different personalities and levels of user knowledge.
    Confidently be able to present complex subjects to different target audiences.
    Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
