    Job Description


    Experience:
    At least 7 years in top-tier financial institutions.
    Minimum of 5 years as a project manager and with experience in business analysis.
    Strong Agile, business analysis and solution delivery skills with strong grounding in technology and data.
    Previous experience of using agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira, User stories etc.) is a must have.
    Experience of structured problem solving, As-Is / To-Be analysis, and data analysis.
    Strong stakeholder management skills.
    Experience of delivering technology solutions
    Good influencing skills and ability to build commitment to defined approaches.


    Responsibilities:
    Resource Allocation and

    Team Management:
    Allocate resources effectively based on project requirements.
    Manage project teams (4 to 8 individuals depending on the phase) with varying skill sets.
    Foster collaboration among team members.
    Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
    Resource Control Panel &

    Data Analytics Solution Development:
    Oversee the development and implementation of the Resource control panel solution and evolution phases
    Oversee the development and implementation of the intelligent data analytics platform.
    Work closely with data strategy, data governance, IT, Data Science, Cyber, compliance, and operations teams.
    Leverage data mining, machine learning, and modelling techniques.
    Capacity Planning and

    Team Efficiency Enhancement Insights:
    Analyse resource allocation and team size against benchmarks and targets.
    Identify factors impacting team efficiency and productivity.
    Run capacity planning scenarios to optimize resource utilization.


    Governance and Compliance:
    Establish governance processes for project execution including adherence to policy (DAFs, PfP, NSA, etc)
    Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and industry standards.
    Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
    Nice to have
    Experience in process reengineering , cost optimisation is desirable
    Knowledge of Process Flow definition, JIRA, Office 365
    Knowledge of Investment Banking
