Operations Manager (Social First Podcast Agency)We're looking for someone to lead the day to day operations of our fast growing 'Social First' Podcast agency.

This is a pivotal role for us.

We work with a select group of Podcasts to produce shows that build large, engaged audiences across audio, YouTube and social media.

We're a team of 12 social experts, video editors and producers.

Clients we've worked with include:

The High Performance Podcast (leading sports podcast)
Parenting Hell with Josh Widdicombe & Rob Beckett (leading comedy podcast)
Diary of a CEO (leading business podcast)
Fearne Cotton's Happy Place (leading wellness podcast)We love making exceptional content that helps people to laugh, learn, escape and feel connected

You will be responsible for:
Leading the onboarding of new clientsManaging the day to day delivery of client servicesEnsuring clients are on track and delighted with agency performancePlanning and allocating resourcesManaging our delivery team of world class producers, video editors & social managersCreating robust systems and processes to ensure smooth day to day operationsCreating frameworks to ensure our unique strategies are documented for adoption across the agency and easy to repeat + implementWorking closely with the agency Founder to improve margin Regularly report on SWOTs across the business1-2-1 Management of the teamThe ideal candidate should:Have experience running day to day operations (ideally in an agency environment)

Be highly organised with strong prioritisation skillsLove documenting, creating systems and processesBe comfortable managing individuals 1-2-1Be prepared to ask the hard questions Default to believing all problems are solvableBe resourceful enough to find solutions using their own initiativeBe an effective communicatorDefault to a-sync communication and optimizing for remote teamsA strong interest in Podcasts, YouTube and social media would be beneficialThis is not for you if:
You like to take the easy optionYou don't enjoy driving projects from initial idea to completion You need to be office based (this is largely a remote role)
