- 20 minute appointments to give time to fully work up cases and provide the best client care The role gives you the opportunity to take the next step in your career and will include some mentoring and management but as you would join a very well-established and mature team there will also be lots of opportunities to support colleagues in more advanced clinical situations, including more complex surgeries. An interest in surgery would be an advantage. We are looking for an experienced vet who wants to take the next step in their career. This role could be full time or part time.Shrewsbury Vets4Pets opened almost 20yrs ago and is locally owned by Jonathan (Vet) and Kat (Nurse/Practice manager). We originally opened in 2004 and relocated to purpose-built premises inside Pets at Home in Meole Brace in 2017.
We are a team of 5 Vets, 7 Nurses and 3 receptionists and pride ourselves on having a welcoming working environment, great client care and a good work/life balance.
Our surgery is on the edge of the pretty market town of Shrewsbury with good access to the beautiful Shropshire Hills and Welsh mountains.
