    Description

    What you'll be doing


    • Thought leadership & strategic Agenda: Leverage outside-in insight to recommend & agree the key strategic opportunities and topics for BT Business to address

    • Strategy Development: Lead your team to develop, recommend & agree strategies

    • Business Partnering: Business Partner with the Sales segment MDs to ensure that strategy & plans are understood, being interlocked with local plans & landing well on the "frontline", & to offer strategic support to key members of the BT Business leadership team

    • Strategy execution: Drive consensus on strategic recommendations and ensure effective implementation with dedicated owners

    • Iteration: Review how successful we are in 'moving the dial' and ensure that we are iterating the strategy based on real world outcomes & overcoming barriers to successful execution

    • Team leadership: Build a high-performing Strategy team by coaching & developing your team in best-practice Strategy development & communication techniques
