    Description

    We are looking for an experienced, hand-on and ambitious individual to help manage and transform all aspects of the stock and inventory in our Flagship and largest branch in New Southgate.

    Manage and streamline all processes and procedures involving stock and inventory held in the branch.
    Inspire a high performance culture across the branch regarding stock management.
    Work regularly through stock profile to reduce overstock/slow moving stock.
    Regularly communicate with other departments and senior stakeholders to ensure that they are best supported.
    Ensure current inventory is aligned with current and forecasted demand in the market.
    Together with the Branch Manager and Group Head of Stock to directly oversee the bi-annual stock take.
    Help optimise the merchandising of inventory in the store together with the head of merchandising.
    Ensuring key performance indicators are in place to help manage and reward staff.
    Strong and natural communicative, leadership and management skills.
    Data driven in approach to problem solving.
