    Moderna is seeking a Manager for Sample Management/Biobank to join our Clinical Biomarker Laboratory team.

    This role is pivotal in managing the logistical aspects of clinical specimen management and long-term storage, ensuring efficiency and compliance across multiple clinical projects.

    Tracking, delivery, and management of biospecimen shipments through LIMS.
    Preparing specimens for technical staff according to testing schedules and plans.
    Participating in daily laboratory workflows, including quality control on instruments and scheduling maintenance with vendors.
    Supporting strategic lab operation objectives and updating LIMS access for specimen accessioning.
    Maintaining the clinical biomarker laboratory SOPs directory and participating in lab cleansing and sanitizing according to EHS policies.
    Efficiently manage various aspects of sample management and biobanking, ensuring operational excellence.
    Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline is required
    Master's degree in related scientific discipline is preferred
    Minimum 2 years of relevant sample management including biobanking experience in CRO, biomedical institution, pharmaceutical is required
    Experience in lab management (LIMS) and clinical specimen management are preferred
    Previous experience in working in CLIA, GLP or diagnostics regulated laboratory is preferred
