    Description

    As a growing company TGS/4C Offshore has a unique service offering with a global reach and corresponding customer portfolio covering the offshore energy sector.

    We provide consultancy and membership intelligence services and we are based in Lowestoft. We are continuously developing our sales approach and want you to be part of this.
    We seek a bright and enthusiastic Sales Executive.

    This person will be responsible for selling our subscriptions to our subscribers globally, providing sales demo's, and the admin associated.

    It will entail learning all subscription products on offer as well as understanding the offshore energy sector in detail.
    Makes telephone calls, Teams calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
    Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
    Coordinates sales effort with sales management and technical service groups.
    Analyses the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organisation.
    Plans and organises personal sales strategy by maximising the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.

    Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries quickly and efficiently;
    Relationship building;
    Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face or online
    Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
    Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
    Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
    Representing 4C Offshore at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations as required;
    Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
    Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system;
    Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
    Sales background within office environment with targets to achieve
    Computer skills
    Experience in contacting businesses on the phone as well as face to face Working Hours & Wages:
