    4. Drive Change: Lead the way in implementing regulatory change programs, demonstrating your ability to navigate complexities and drive successful outcomes even in the face of change.

    5. Influence and Lead: Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring interactions are seamless and our reporting activities are top-notch. Your ability to communicate effectively will be key in maintaining strong relationships and upholding their reputation.

    6. Make an Impact: Lead assurance activities, assessing compliance levels and ensuring our customers receive nothing short of excellence. Your contributions will directly shape their commitment to delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

    7. Elevate Insights: Prepare and present reports to senior management, providing valuable insights into their compliance position. Your knack for translating complex information into actionable strategies will drive informed decision-making at the highest levels.

    Skills and Experience:

    Essential:

    • Experience in regulated environments, with a focus on consumer credit products.
    • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including CONC, DISP, SMCR, PSD2, FIT, and Consumer Duty.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with effective communication and influencing abilities.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and sound judgment.

    Desirable:

    • Degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
    • Compliance qualifications such as ICA.
    • Ability to lead and develop a small team, if required in the future.

If you're ready to take on a role that offers not just challenges, but also the opportunity to shape the future of compliance in a growing organization, we want to hear from you.
