    Conference and Events Operations Manager
    Looking for an experienced Conference and Events Operations Manager to join an amazing Global Banking Institution.

    Someone passionate, well spoken, very operational, good hearted, motivator, computer savvy, polite and with a quirky bubbly personality As Conference and Events Operations Manager you will assist with the operation and management of the day to day activities of the Client Centre in a professional, flexible and pro-active manner and to provide the highest standards of service to their clients and their guests throughout.

    We would love to speak with you if you have planned meetings and events on a large and busy scale.

    A background planning high end events, conferences and meetings is a must to be considered for this fabulous position. This role involves maintaining high service standards, implementing financial controls, and fostering a culture of excellence.
    Ensure consistency in food and service, staying updated on industry trends.
    # Manage teams for effective stock control, quality, and financial adherence.

    Maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and service.
    Address customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly.
    Create and implement employee development plans.
    Evaluate team performance and recruit, review, and develop employees.

    Risk, Controls, and Conduct:
    Ensure compliance with company code of conduct and policies.
    Maintain quality and safety standards on-site.
