    Main purpose of the role:

    London Payroll input;Responding to adhoc queries;Prepare monthly/adhoc reports as requested;Provide general support to Payroll DepartmentKey responsibilities:Payroll: - responsible for a couple of own entitiesCollate payroll input throughout monthInput all UK payroll data working with Payroll AdministratorPrepare BACS files for processingTreasury fundingPrepare and maintain tax & NI and Court OrdersAccounting: Prepare and process manual payments when requiredCosting ReportsGeneral:Complete individual objectivesPost & general filingSeason Ticket AdminMedical insurance invoice managementSkills / experience required:Attention to detailAnalytical skillsAbility to organise and plan personal workloadAbility to meet strict deadlinesPro-active and enthusiasticAble to work in a busy environmentBusiness and commercial awarenessSystems used:ExcelWordOutlookOracle Fusion – an advantagePersonal attributes:Team playerFlexible and adaptable to changeAble to work in a fast paced environmentWillingness to learn new skills and develop current skillsGood communication skillsTo all recruitment agencies – We have a dedicated in-house recruitment team responsible for identifying and hiring top talent.
