    Marketing and Client Experience Coordinator - Twickenham
    Twickenham Advisors operates as a business unit within Hightower Advisors, a leading advisor- owned financial services company. This team provides financial services primarily to high-net-worthindividuals and families, including financial planning, investment strategy and implementation.

    Client Experience Coordinator:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. You will drive our marketing initiatives and enhancing client engagement through impactful events and experiences. You are a resourceful, creative thinker with a passion for marketing, event planning, and client relationship management. Manage our digital presence across different channels, including website, social media, and email marketing to maintain a consistent brand image, enhance brand visibility, and promote client engagement
    Assist the Advisors/Partners and CEO in developing and executing an annual marketing plan
    Lead the planning and coordination of different client events designed to educate, entertain, and engage our clients

    Collaborate with Advisors/Partner and other team members to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives and client needs.

    Help manage internal and external resources, including venues and all event vendors needed for successful event execution
    Oversee the development of all marketing collateral, including event invitations, presentations, and promotional materials
    Aid in our organization of client data for marketing campaigns through Salesforce

    Manage corporate sponsorships and partnerships, identifying strategic opportunities to enhance brand visibility, community engagement, and client acquisition efforts through collaboration with external organizations and events.

    Work a flexible schedule to meet client and event demands
    Help manage all internal and external communications

    Manage employee anniversary and birthday celebrations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work culture that values and recognizes team members' contributions.

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other related fields
    0 - 3 years relevant experience in marketing, event planning, or service-related roles with increasinglevels of responsibility
    Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including website management, social media, and email marketing
    Strong project management with the ability to lead multiple projects
    Salesforce and WordPress experience is a plus
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
