    Finance Director

    £130,000 – £155,000 + Exceptional Benefits, shares and potential equity.

    Consumer Leasing / Asset Finance Sector Required.

    This opportunity is offering the chance to help scale and sell a very fast-track and high-potential leasing company based in London.

    We Do Group are delighted to be managing an exclusive and retained search to find a new VP of Finance.

    This position is reporting directly into the board and will take full ownership for all things finance and strategy.

    This business is a £30m turnover business that is rapidly growing quarter on quarter. I would describe them as a highly entrepreneurial scale-up business that has maintained its start-up mindset.

    The successful VP of Finance will get involved in funding and managing investor relations.

    We are looking for a bright Finance Director / CFO who has had experience of working for a leasing or asset finance company.

    We need a hands-on finance leader who can tick the following boxes.

    • Consumer Leasing / Asset Finance Sector Experience – Essential.
    • Qualified Accountant with a strong academic background.
    • Have had a stable and progressive career.
    • Have a commercial and strategic mindset.

    The Role

    • Lead and manage a talented finance team.
    • Drive improved analysis and data around company performance.
    • Take full control of the company finance function and deliverables.
    • Reporting directly into the board, acting as a true business partner.
    • Directly support internal and external customers.
    • Manage all key external relationships – audit, legal, banks and investors.
    • Drive a best-in-class FP&A and MI function.
    • Oversee all processes, risk, controls, IT and systems capability.
    • Build and execute strategic roadmaps in line with board expectations.
    • Be a strong people leader with an effective communication style.
    • Implement controls and frameworks to manage and mitigate company risk.
    • Manage all Tax and Treasury strategies.
    • Prepare and present all board packs and monthly management accounts.
    • Manage all investor relations.
    • Manage investor relationships, M&A and funding.
    • Create a robust cashflow forecasting model.

    Your Profile

    We are looking for a talented finance leader (Finance Director / CFO), who has a track record in growing and scaling businesses

    Ticking the following boxes is essential.

    • Consumer Leasing / Asset Finance Experience.
    • Qualified Accountant with a strong academic background.
    • Hands-on ability to run and build a finance function.
    • Have a commercial and strategic mindset.
    • Have had a progressive and stable career to date.

    Salary & Benefits

    £130,000 - £155,000 + Strong Bonus & Exceptional Benefits.
