    Description

    The role holder will experience exceptional supported exposure across the marketing mix in a Group of businesses blazing trails in a number of sectors across B2B and B2C.

    Our new Group Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing collaborative marketing strategies to deliver brand and commercial results for multiple businesses.

    You must be comfortable with a high level of autonomy and responsibility and capable in multiple marketing-related disciplines.

    a creative force of nature; and possess strong analytical skills in order to excel across brand and performance marketing.

    This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the Group Head of Marketing and Digital to display your strengths.

    You will become an exceptional all-round marketer and grow an enviable CV, perfectly preparing you for a future at senior marketing level.

    Full-time, permanent
    Office Based, SR1, City Centre, Sunderland Closing Date
    Three+ years in a marketing/digital marketing position with responsibility for a specific plan or strategy
    We work Monday – Friday with an early finish on Fridays. Generous annual bonus scheme
    Access to health cash plan/EAP
    A marketing, communications, PR or related degree
    Three+ years in a marketing/digital marketing position with responsibility for a specific plan or strategy (B2B preferrable but not essential)
    Experience producing and deriving insight from performance reports
    Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite products to an intermediate level
    Microsoft Office literate
    A UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
    Work with the Group Head of Marketing and Digital to build objective-driven marketing strategies for multiple businesses
    Hold responsibility for specific workstreams and plans to deliver the tactics within these marketing strategies
    Constantly measure outputs against objectives to deliver brand and commercial results
    Liaise with marketing agencies according to marketing plans and maximise their value to the Group

    Carry out a wide range of day-to-day marketing activity, including, but not limited to: social media planning, management and posting; brand consistency management; digital content creation (blogs/articles); reporting and analysis; website uploads and basic maintenance; You will benefit from plenty of support and encouragement to help you build an enviable all-round marketing record of achievement.

    Perhaps you're a digital specialist looking to build on existing experience in other marketing disciplines. and launching a major digital campaign all in year one, with a boat load of exciting projects planned.
