    Position Overview:
    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Manager / Sales Director to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base in the South East region.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
    Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize performance and results.
    Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client satisfaction.
    Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and initiatives.


    Requirements:
    Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the facilities management industry.
    Strong technical/hard facilities experience is essential.
    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
    Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
    Dynamic leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
