    Sales Director(Finance)

    We are searching for atalented Sales focussed Account Director who has prior experienceof handling sales within the finance industry. You will bring yourexpertise andprevious client relationships and become the gotoperson for the companywhen identifyingandstrategizing opportunitiesfor business growth within the financesector. MUST HAVE BOTHFINANCE AND TELCO SECTOR EXPERIENCE.

    You willhave the ability to drive sustainable financial growth throughboosting sales and forging strong relationshipswithclients.

    You will assist in the growth of theirmarket leading product and price point to help you achieve bothyour and thebusinesses goals for their investors. You will beworking directly with the Head of Sales and other key stakeholdersacross the business i.e. Head of Marketing CSM product planning andtheinstallationteam.

    Responsibilities:

    Be the customer facing representative of the companyand productwithin the financialindustry.

    Work yourpreexisting network and build relationships with the keystakeholders in the insurance industry showcasing the benefits oftheproductand how it can help them solve their connectivitychallenges.

    Aattend the major conferencesnetworking events within the financeindustry.

    Work closely with marketing network CSM and the build teams to seekout and maximize all sale opportunities.

    Drive afinancevertical specific sales campaign to be the Go to person forhigh end connectivity in London.

    Collaboratewith the internal departments and external partners to executebusiness plans and strategies for allindustry related businesspossibilities.

    Evaluate customer requirementsand build business cases for the insurance landscapesneeds andwants.

    Be able to hold your own with the currenton trend topics and lingo in the industry as well as navigate theirspecific connectivity needs.

    Support themanagement in contract development customer negotiations andproduct enhancements.

    Generate new sales fromcustomers.

    Experience:

    Demonstrable experience of selling into the financeindustry and tobe equipped with potential clients from dayone.

    Experience working in a fastpaced B2B sales environment (preferablySaas or Telco).

    The ability to be positivepossess a great work ethic and passionate tooverachieve.

    Experience of working with CRMsystems and sales enablement tools preferably Salesforce andOutreach.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office andother office productivity tools with ability to learn new softwareand systems.

    Abilityto articulate your ideas andapproach to a wide array of audiences.

    Abilityto prioritise workload and meet targets set byothers.

    Ability to work crossfunctionally andinfluence decision making with seniorlevel audiences withouthesitation.

    Take personal responsibility to meetcommitments and actively seek additional responsibility all whilstworkingconsistently with unparalleled attention todetail.

    Team player and can communicate well toa variety of stakeholders and peers.

    Fluent inEnglish (written and verbal).

    Work to all salesKPIs both weekly and monthly.

    Flexible teamplayer and naturally willing to see things through tocompletion.

    Strong analytical problemsolvingskills strong timemanagement skills and the ability to organisecoordinate and prioritise competingpriorities.
