    Head of OperationsWolverhampton (i54 Business Park)We are currently seeking a Head of Operations to join Tyman and you will play a pivotal role in leading the Warehouse, Manufacturing and SIOP teams whilst ensuring best practice and operational excellence.

    What you'll be doingProvide strategic leadership to the operations teams.
    Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
    Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to enhance overall operational performance.
    Oversee the manufacturing processes ERA and ZOO Hardware, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards.
    Collaborate with production managers to optimise workflow, minimise downtime, and improve overall operational efficiency.
    Implement best practices for inventory management and material procurement.
    Manage the distribution operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
    Optimise logistics and supply chain processes to minimise lead times and reduce costs.
    Collaborate with the logistics team to enhance transportation and warehousing efficiency.
    Work closely with other department heads, including finance, human resources, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration.
    Collaborate with the senior leadership team to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations and regularly report on performance against these metrics.
    Analyse data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.

    Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in operations management.
