    HR Transformation Consultant

    Location: London – Hybrid

    Employment: Full Time

    All applicants must hold a DV (Developed Vetting) clearance to apply.

    The Opportunity:

    For the Ministry of Defence, maintaining National Security is a 24-hour-a-day, 365-day-a-year mission. To support these complex operations, the MoD partners with this Big4 Firm to empower critical thinking and drive value across its strategic initiatives and technology investments.

    The Role:

    As an HR Consultant, you'll drive HR and workforce transformation initiatives within the UK's defence, intelligence, and military agencies.

    Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting clients in navigating enterprise-wide workforce challenges, facilitating rapid culture shifts, and implementing cutting-edge technologies to drive HR and organisational change.

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • British Passport Holder with active DV (Developed Vetting Clearance)
    • Previous Military, Policing, National Security, Counter Terrorism or Pubic Sector experience.
    • Proficiency in HR operations and transformation programs, enabling HR technologies, and specialised areas such as learning and development, recruitment, benefits, reward, performance, and talent.
    • Ability to conduct strategic analysis to improve business performance and enhance the employee experience.
    • Strong communication, facilitation, and data analysis skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
    • A clear understanding of HR's value proposition and role in driving business success.
    • Track record of designing and implementing innovative HR service delivery models aligned with business needs.
    • Hands-on experience implementing advanced HR technologies, including AI and cognitive computing, to optimise processes and improve employee experience.
    • Knowledge of how VR/AR can support employee retention, learning and development, engagement, and productivity.
    • Awareness of the digital roadmap, including risk management strategies and emerging digital tools and trends.

    Benefits Package:

    • Base Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 (DoE)
    • Discretionary Bonus: 5%
    • DV Bonus: £7,000
    • Flex Fund: £5,000
    • Health: Private Medical Insurance
    • Annual Leave: 25 Days plus Public Holidays + buy up to 10 additional days
    • L&D: Annual Performance/Salary Reviews + Training & Development Budget
    • Pension: 6% Matched Pension + Group Personal Pension Plan
