Compass Associates have partnered with a leading provider of specialist schools and children's care services to find a Headteacher for their Leeds-based school for children with autism and additional needs.
The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to lead a strong staff team, effectively manage the school's finances and referrals, and introduce and embed a new curriculum, enabling the best possible opportunities for pupils.
