    H&P collaborate with a variety of international firms. From magic circle law firms to high-end investment banks across the UK, US, and mainland Europe.

    Operating at the executive level, we move some of the most significant and sophisticated deal makers across the industry, which means that H&P internal hiring strategy leads us to target and hire very driven and intelligent individuals into the team.

    Therefore, success here in the internal hiring team is dependent upon developing critical market understanding, empathic communication, intellectual curiosity, exceptional work ethic and determination.

    You will be responsible for the hiring of graduates into the sales team and back office. As the business grows internationally, this will develop into a global function where hiring will happen across multiple jurisdictions.

    You will have the opportunity to work on several projects alongside the People and Operations team and will have full visibility of end-to-end business hiring and training practices.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Using search techniques on platforms such as LinkedIn to attract and build relationships with passive candidatesCarefully qualifying candidates against specific role requirements and company cultureManaging your candidates' expectations, ensuring they are kept engaged and informed throughout their experienceParticipating in face-to-face interviews, learning how to conduct competency, behavioural, and situational based interview scenariosDeveloping a strong market understanding both inside the search sector with direct competitors and within our chosen sector specificities, to better identify appropriate candidature at both junior and senior levelWhat we offer: Competitive basic salary + opportunities for commissionFast track career progression with high-level exposure and early responsibilityA collaborative, driven and fast-paced working environment Exposure to sophisticated future driven markets - Corporate M&A, Banking & Finance, Private Practice Law, Energy & Engineering and Life Sciences.
