    Ready to Join a leading global insurance broker, who are on their search for a claims handler to join their Film & Media Team, in their amazing London offices.

    This role will be dealing a large bulk of claims from cradle to grave, focusing on all international business. These claims will vary from media, film, music and live events.As a Claims handler you will act as the key liaison between the client and the insurer, you will ensure that claims are administered in line with the expected standards, regulatory requirements and that an excellent service level is maintained.

    Key responsibilities:
  • Good understanding general principles of insurance.
  • Understanding of company objectives and how own role contributes to these.
  • Good knowledge relating to claims-handling process.
  • Understanding of broking and underwriting process.
    • Ideal candidate will have experience as a claims handler, knowledge of using London Market claims systems. Additionally, will be opened to claims handlers with liability experience and media experience.
