Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday plus 1 Saturday morning per month (with the flexibility to work more if required)
We have an exciting opportunity for you to work in our busy Strood depot in the Service Administration department.
The successful candidate will support the function by providing administration support and undertaking basic invoicing.Key responsibilities include:
Liaising with internal staff to resolve queries.
Following up final order numbers via phone and email.
Processing of sublet invoices
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships with new and existing clients
Raising retail and internal invoices when required.
Dealing with customers regarding pricing and queries
Essential Qualities include:
Excellent communication skills including face to face and telephone
Confidence and ability to liaise with all levels of people including customers, other staff, managers and Directors
Ability to manage conflicting demands
Ability to manage a lot of information at once and work well under pressure
Excellent organisational and planning/scheduling skills
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to build a rapport with customers and handle difficult situations
Literacy and numeracy skills
Ability to challenge
Confident with a drive to get things done
Desirable Qualities include:
A basic understanding of vehicle terminology
Experience of working in a busy environment
