Facility Duty Manager, Renfrewshire, Full Time, 37 hours, Temporary up to 6 months, Grade 05: £29,382.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time temporary Facility Duty Manager (FDM).
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead your team of staff in the safe and efficient day to day running of a designated leisure facility.
You will assist the Area Manager in achieving performance targets and standards in delivering high quality leisure services which reflect OneRen objectives and customer needs.
You will require to lead change and development in line with the service redesign and support the Area Manager in the effective administration and assistance on all employee related matters including application of company policies/procedures, particularly key areas such as supporting attendance, health and safety, discipline and grievance, financial reporting, as well as facility plant and maintenance procedures.
