    Role: Account Development Representative

    Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Basic + £10,000 - £12,000 Commission Y1

    Location: London, Hybrid working model

    • Are you looking for a £35-40k basic + £10-12k comms Y1?

    Founded in 2015, this company have raised $55 million in their series C funding and are going through some serious growth.

    This company are the number 1 all in one ai solution for enterprise translation and they've got an impressive list of enterprise clients including Asics & Canva. You will be a joining a team of 4 ADR's based in the London office where the team have a hybrid working policy.

    They have recently hired a super impressive Manager of the ADR's who has simplified onboarding and training, which means you'll ramp quicker and be contributing to the team almost immediately, whilst also being super passionate about coaching and developing people beyond just their headline metrics. Last quarter he took the entire BDR team to OVERACHIEVE their target, which is incredible.

    There is a great mindset within the team of trying things to see what works, so they are looking for someone who wants to bring new ideas to this team You will be working directly with 2 Account Executives where you will be working on targeted accounts together & working on your outreach strategy. Experience is required for this opportunity.
