The Bartlett School of Environment, Energy and Resources (BSEER) is comprised of a number of world-class Institutes, providing the expert knowledge collaborative research and teaching.

The UK Energy Research Centre carries out world-class inter-disciplinary research into sustainable future energy systems. It is a focal point for UK energy research and a gateway between the UK and the international energy research communities.

About the role

The UKERC Communications Manager will be responsible for the communication of UKERC's outputs, engagement with the policy community and the refinement and delivery of our communications strategy.

Working with team members, the wider research group and multiple external stakeholders the successful candidate will communicate key outputs via a variety of channels including publications, newsletters, social media, video and podcasts. This post is open as a secondment to UCL internal candidates only. It is available from 01 May 2024 and is a fixed-term contract until 04 October 2024. About you

Candidates must have experience of internal and external communications, media relations and web publishing. They must also have experience of proofing reports, print production process and liaising with design agencies and printers.
