We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Solutions Account Manager to joina fantasticteam.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, identifying upselling opportunities, and cultivating new business prospects within the digital solutions sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on account management and a background in selling software or digital-based solutions.
Generating new businessManaging large accounts
Identify upselling opportunities within current client accounts and strategise ways to promote and sell new e-learning packages.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and optimise solution offerings.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or recruitment (preferably tech), focusing on account management and upselling.
Proven track record of success in selling software or digital-based solutions.Experience in IT recruitment or software recruitment is highly desirable.
