    Description

    The Sales Manager EMEA, Connect position is a highly visible and strategically important role at PubMatic as we look to further grow uptake of our market leading data and identity platform, Connect.

    We are looking for an individual whose data and audience targeting experience has given them a keen understanding of how to leverage first party data assets for commercialization within programmatic environments, across multiple channels like display, mobile app and CTV.

    PubMatic has over 100 data partners using our Connect platform today.

    The key focus of this role is to continue to drive market expansion across EMEA by adding new high value logos to our growing customer partners list.

    Connect is uniquely poised to help publishers, buyers, curation companies and data companies maximize their data assets and drive ever better campaign outcomes by leveraging alternative ID strategies as well as contextual capabilities.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pitch to key strategic audience and data prospects including data businesses, agencies and creative services companies across EMEA, moving them through the funnel from prospect to customer
    • Work with PubMatic's Ad Solutions team to understand which partners are of interest to buyers, ensuring we adhere to our ICP (Ideal Client Profile) when qualifying
    • Consult with PubMatic's product and engineering team in delivering customer and prospective customer feedback to ensure the Connect product is evolving to the needs our their businesses
    • Form deep relationships with our data partners, positioning PubMatic as their default option when it comes to offsite audience monetisation via deal ID

    Desirable Experience:

    • 4+ years of relevant industry experience in the audience segmentation, data / agency sales or programmatic industries
    • Experience of managing a sales pipeline, working prospects through the funnel and closing sales.
    • Comfortable with benefit selling and articulating complex propositions in a simple manner.
    • Solution oriented: able to shape the roadmap of features requested by clients and lead discussion in relationship with our Product Management and development teams
    • Superb communicator, team player and serviceoriented leader
    • Ability to present effectively to Clevel executives and confidently navigate challenges
