    Description


    We are working with a world leading sports rightsholder to work within their payroll department, and oversee all national and international payroll management for all employees, and manage relationships with global partners and providers.

    For this role you will be responsible for the following:

    Manage payroll processing partnerships and meet deadlinesSet up payroll for new entities and new territories Design and implement new payroll solutionsEnsure all aspects are compliant with laws in all employee locationsWork with Talent Acquisition to develop bonus and compensations for current and new employees, along with a hands on approach with hiring processesThe must-haves and desirables:Be able to work to deadlines, have excellent time management, compliance management and a good relationship builder7+ years of payroll experienceSome international payroll experienceExperience implementing benefits incentivesHay Korn Ferry job sizing methodology accreditedOur client is paying between £50k-£60k for the right person.
