    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent, full-time Administration Coordinator for our Theatres/ Surgical Day Case Unit, at Weston General Hospital
    Weston theatres is a small, friendly unit with a real passion for delivering the highest standards of care. 2 in our Surgical Day Case Unit and 4 in our Main Theatre Unit.

    We cover a wide range of specialities including general & colorectal surgery, breast surgery, urology, gynaecology, orthopaedics and trauma.

    We have a small but busy recovery unit.

    Performing daily administrative tasks, to include the production of accurate operating lists for all theatre areas, liaising with other departments/wards within the hospital, dealing with telephone calls and external companies.

    There is an audit element to this position as well as a supporting role in the coordination of statutory mandatory training, annual leave and appraisals.
