    About the Role:

    Xpedeon is looking for multiple energetic and ambitious Business Development Representatives to be the first point of contact for our prospective consulting clients. Your role will be focused on Advanced prospecting within your target market – identification and multi-channel persona-based engagement with our buyers through the phone, email, and social media. You will follow the Xpedeon sales process and Opportunity qualification and hand it over to the sales. This is an outbound focused role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Proactively seek out new business opportunities through outbound activities to engage, consult, and arrange qualified meetings

    Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity

    Focus on outbound campaigns and business development activities (calls, emails, social media).

    Leverage current technology to develop and manage a follow-up cadence to systematically nurture potential leads that aren't quite ready to buy.

    Achieve daily KPIs to build a sustainable pipeline and focus on quality

    Gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of our value proposition and technology solutions to position prospects.

    Pre-qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls leading to qualified opportunities

    Work with the executive team to devise strategic sales plans aligned with competitive analyses, customer segmentation, penetration plans, and thoughtful product positioning.

    Perform tasks assigned by the line manager

    Essential Requirements:

    2+ Years of SDR or BDR experience

    A track record of overarching targets.

    Strong competitive nature and desire to win.

    Highly coachable and interested in developing sales skills through ongoing coaching and training.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

    Sense of urgency, ability to constantly prioritize, awareness of timelines and deadlines.
