    Description

    A leading sports and entertainment agency is looking for a Legal Counsel, Sports Business Affairs. You'll be joining an expanding team, working on a wide range of commercial agreements in an extremely visible role, and reporting directly to the team's lead lawyer.

    Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Drafting and marking-up of a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents, including NDAs, sponsorship and endorsement agreements, commission agreements, supplier agreements, agreements for activation of sponsorships, and T&Cs – for offices in London, Europe and Asia
    • Monitoring legal developments and updating template documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and best practice

    To be considered you should have a strong academic background and 1-3yrs PQE* - preferably with significant commercial contracts experience, and ideally sports industry exposure.
