    Job Title Senior People Analytics Manager Job Description About our Senior People Analytics Manager Role Our Senior People Analytics Manager design and implement people analytics solutions to support the People Function and wider Sage business.

    Acting as a trusted adviser, challenger and sounding board, you will use your consulting skills and wider industry knowledge to inform strategic decisions and make clear how these impact both individuals and the organisation as a whole.

    Key Responsibilities Summary of your day-to-day?


    • Support the ongoing development and execution of Sage's People Data Strategy.
    • Utilise data and analytics to consult with relevant stakeholders and drive better business outcomes.
    • Apply advanced statistical modelling and data science techniques, applying predictive and/or prescriptive modelling as required.
    • Support workforce productivity and organisational effectiveness initiatives and create models that assess their progress.
    • Help to design measures and metrics that are regularly monitored and ensure monthly management reports and KPIs are delivered accurately and on-time.
    • Manage the design and implementation of a coordinated suite of dashboards/tools to deliver people analytics to a different business areas.
    • Equip both the People Function and wider business stakeholders with the necessary insights to understand how different HR domains/initiatives connect and impact each other.
    • Contribute to data governance projects and initiatives and help drive best practice in terms of data privacy, data management and knowledge sharing.
    • Support the implementation of colleague data into Sage's EDM and Data Platform
    • Identify opportunities for automation and help to improve the technology stack and means through which people and workforce analytics are delivered.
    • Keep informed about new analytics tools, techniques, and methodologies for people analytics.
    • Develop and upskill existing colleagues, both in the immediate team and wider function.
    • Ad hoc projects as required. Minimum qualifications
