    We are seeking a proactive and strategic-minded recruitment manager to join our team.

    Reporting directly into the CEO, You will be looking after a team of 11 recruitment consultants working within the energy sector across Europe.

    5 years of recruitment knowledge and one of the fastest growing teams within the business.

    You will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with key clients, understanding their long-term talent needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

    You'll help others to follow you and your vision for success.

    Who wants to move away for billing and become an non billing manager
    Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding.
    Company wide early finish on Fridays (15:00)
    ~ Flexible start/finish Mon-Thurs and early finish every Friday
    ~ Holiday incentives - We held our 10-year AGM in Cannes with 120+ employees in attendance
    ~ We have an In-House Learning and development function (Function of the year 2021/22) that has a proven track record of developing successful and high performing recruiters
    ~ We regularly run monthly and quarterly incentives including EU day trips, £1000 Selfridges shopping experiences as well as the usual High achievers lunch clubs (Fine dining, unique activity and evening drinks)
