    Description

    To lead, develop and coach a high performing Sales team, which uses a ethos of curiously questioning our customers to promote our network and products to every customer, contributing to EE's strategy of being No.1 for Service.

    Collaborate within your team to excel in sales conversations and tailor solutions for our customers.
    Manage escalation calls efficiently to minimise complaints, with timely follow-ups to customers.
    Champion our network to every customer and ensure your team does the same.
    Inspire and empower your team to excel, fostering excitement about EE/BT.
    Manage team efficiency, attendance, and performance metrics effectively.
    Continuously drive performance, holding your team accountable for targets.
    Uphold high standards and analyse performance data to drive improvement.
    Balance customer needs with commercial objectives effectively.
    Ability to define and deliver continuous improvement initiatives and performance enhancements
    Competitive salary
