- Leading your section on all food safety, health & safety, and quality standards adherence
- Being the section lead for customer visits and audits, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and delivery
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across a range of areas
- Carrying out line side SICs to filter information to the Production Manager for the shift SIC
- Experience in continuous improvement in a production environment of implementing change through effective management
- The ability to deal effectively with challenging situations
- Proven people management skills in a diverse and demanding environment with the ability to lead and motivate the team
