    As part of their growth, they are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join their team.

    This role is the linchpin for their existing customer base, with a primary focus on elevating customer relationships through strategic upselling, cross-selling, targeted lifecycle campaigns, and robust retention and engagement initiatives.

    This role holds a unique position within the broader marketing team of 9 members. While collaborating with the team, this individual will autonomously drive the entire spectrum of customer marketing.

    The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping their customer marketing initiatives, generating an upsell pipeline and ensuring customer happiness.

    Full autonomy over Customer Marketing initiatives, demonstrating a self-sufficient capability to oversee strategy, execution, and implementation. Working closely with the Lead Product Marketing Manager to shape customer marketing strategies
    Serving as the key marketing liaison with Heads of Account Management
    Leveraging data insights for continuous optimisation of campaigns
    Taking on the role of a brand custodian to ensure the desired look and feel in communications
    Customer Lifecycle Marketing in a B2B Sapace:

    ~ Expertise in formulating customer retention strategies, including the implementation of personalised retention campaigns, loyalty programs, and proactive measures to reduce churn.

    # Track record of optimizing customer engagement through various channels, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance the overall customer experience and increase satisfaction.

    # Strong writing skills with a focus on creating persuasive and engaging copy for customer-facing communications, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and effectively conveying value propositions to existing customers.

    Marketing Automation Tools
    Familiarity with tools like Gainsight or Hubspot or Mailchimp or Salesforce
