    Description

    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent and Inclusion Partner to join our team within People Services at HSDC.

    You will play a critical role in building a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the communities we serve.


    Contract:
    Permanent

    Partner closely with recruiting managers across HSDC to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that attract diverse candidates who align with our values and contribute to our student's success.

    Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional bodies, and community organisations to source diverse talent pipelines.
    Maintain HSDC's sponsorship licence liaising with international staff, managing the SMS system and recording keeping, and supporting staff to apply for and renew their visas
    Develop and deliver recruitment and selection training and workshops to promote inclusive practices within HSDC.
    Analyse recruitment and workforce data to identify areas for improvement, addressing any potential gaps in our diverse team
    A commitment to removing barriers, driving forward inclusion and ensuring the success of our staff and students
