    Service Desk Analyst - London, United Kingdom - Ryder Reid

    Description

    Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an independent and hard working Service Desk Analyst to join one of our international law firm clients on a permanent, remote working basis. Our client will be looking for the ideal candidate to become an important part of their IT support team. This role will be working a 7am - 3pm shift.

    The general duties of the position will include:

    • Provide solutions to customer problems of complex nature to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Prioritise, research, resolve and respond to requests in accordance with set standards.
    • Communicate with team members concerning work related matters.
    • Timely awareness of and impact on relevant support issues firm wide.
    • Demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
    • Provide technical support for the firms software including Microsoft 365, Teams, Adobe, iManage, CRM Software.
