    Job Description

    About Sipgood:

Sipgood is changing the way the world hydrates, making 'Water Less Boring'. After 2 years of R&D working with leading product developers, engineers & flavour scientists (yes that's a real job), we've created a new era beverage experience – 'Natural Infusion Drops' (mini dissolvable 'beverage bombs') that transform any glass or reusable bottle of water into a delicious soft drink, with no sugar, artificial ingredients, or calories & 98% less packaging & CO2e vs. traditional packaged beverages. More taste, less waste

We are building a fun, premium design-led beverage brand via an ecosystem of truly innovative products & accessories geared towards helping consumers elevate the experience of drinking water.

We are a purpose-led business, both via sustainable design and through supporting causes that align to our mission. E.g., we donate 500ml of clean drinking water for each Infusion Drop sold.

We are currently getting ready to launch D2C, before scaling via retail and are looking for an entrepreneurial, creative and social savvy Community & Content Manager to join the team. This is a ground-breaking opportunity for the right candidate who is looking for a gig where they can make a meaningful impact (in every sense of the word). You will be employee #1, working with 2 experienced & passionate co-founders, Jay & Aditi, with over 30 years' combined experience building purpose led consumer brands, as well as a wider team of super star freelancers.

    About the role:

As the Community & Content Manager, you will have responsibilities across the marketing mix focused on raising awareness for the brand, fostering a strong community of ambassadors and advocates, and driving growth. You'll love content, with a particular focus on helping develop and execute strategies for influencer marketing and brand partnerships. You will be creating, scheduling, and posting content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok & email as well as assisting with general community management. You will play an important role in shaping the overall content strategy and have input into the team's broader efforts across digital channels.

This is a career-making opportunity to do truly creative work and be the first hire at an ambitious venture backed start up poised to take on the beverages industry.

Note, we will consider both FTE & freelance candidates for this opportunity.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Ideation and execution of engaging creative content ideas (videography, photography, GIFs, graphic design - working with a team of experienced freelance designers).
    • Sourcing, building relationships with, and managing Sipgood content creators, with a focus on generating UGC.
    • Planning, scheduling, creating, and posting content across digital channels with a focus on social media & email.
    • Building, fostering, and managing online communities growing our social media channels, fostering conversations and building a community of engaged followers.
    • Assisting the co-founders & managing offline activations (e.g., sampling, preparing influencer gift packs & managing send outs, etc)
    • Planning & managing photo shoots at our content studio - Dream Factory.
    • Rolling up your sleeves to ensure we make a true splash in the world. This could be anything from helping to pack orders to interviewing people on the street about Sipgood

    Desired skills:

    • 4-6 years experience in social media marketing or influencer management for an agency or a start up DTC brand (preferably in the beauty or fashion space).
    • Naturally creative, with a passion for design, creative & creating standout brand ascetics
    • Social media savvy with an entrepreneurial attitude (you love coming up with ideas, but you love putting them into action even more)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust tone for different channels.
    • Excellent attention to detail, project management and organisation skills.

    Application process:

    · Please send a CV & cover letter via email to

    · 30 min screening interview

    · 1 hour in person interview with both co-founders
