    YOURRESPONSIBILITIES

    JobPurpose

    The main puroseas Sales Director Europe is to cover the full responsibility fordeveloping defining and driving the growth within the CBRE DataCentre Solutions EMEA market by winning new business from both newand existing customers. Working as part of the EMEA RegionalLeadershipteam to develop and document the overall market growthplan including strategy targeting approach contact strategy anddevelop suitable valuepropositions to acquire new relationships andexpand existing clientrelationships.

    • KeyResponsibilities
      Lead the EMEAgrowth strategy in the data centre market in conjunction with theglobal growth objectives for thebusiness
    • Manage and develop the BusinessDevelopment Managers (BDMs) to ensure they have the appropriatetraining and developmentopportunities to fulfil their role and aregiven the experiences to allow them to besuccessful
    • Oversee the BDM/ sales team effortsto identify and build a long term active pipeline exploring bothexisting markets and targeting newmarketopportunities
    • Lead sales strategy andnegotiations on key regional and globalpursuits
    • Leading on interactions in aclientfacing role in large globalpursuits
    • Developing and building longtermprofessional customer relationships with existing new and potentialclients
    • Foster a positive and successful salesculture across all business units in the EMEAregion
    • Take complete ownership of develop anddeliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations inline with CBRE Data Centre Solutions standards. Effectivelyleverage the sales support functions and SME resources to createwinning outcomes
    • Raise the company and businessprofile by representing CBRE at industry events high levelnetworking and promoting an image ofprofessionalism at alltimes
    • Collaborates with the Regional MD andother global BDDs to develop a concise plan to accomplish theretention and acquisitionofclients/markets
    • Coordination and governanceof sales activity throughout the sales process includingqualification discovery proposal pricing presentationandnegotiation
    • Evaluates industry and businesstrends and analyzes performance and responds with necessarybusiness change
    • In addition to the abovementioned tasks other activities and responsibilities may beindividuallydefined

    Requirements

    YOURPROFILE

    • Strong trackrecord of success in winning new business demonstrated knowledge ofthe Data Center market or other critical environments and theability to influence all organizational levels including theability to develop credibility and trust quickly with CLevelexecutives/decision makers
    • Leadershipexperience in building high performing sales teams thatconsistently outperform the competition and exceed sales planresults
    • Extensive experience in the Data Centremarket and developing outsourcing solutions pricing and orgdevelopment models preferred. At least Sales experience in managedservices must be given
    • Ability to comprehendanalyze and interpret various types of business documents such ascomplex and lengthy RFP documents with detailed SOW around datacenter operations. Ability to solve problems involving severaloptions in situations. Requires advanced analytical andquantitative skills
    • Technically savvy withsolid experience in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel Word) andOutlook
    • English language proficiency is a musthave. Further european languages would be aplus
