    HEAD OF SALES - UK & INTERNATIONAL ORTHOPEDIC IMPLANTS
    REMOTE WITH IN-FIELD & INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
    UP TO £110,000 BASE + BONUS + CAR ALLOWANCE
    Are you looking for a Head of Sales role? If you're striving for a challenge to devise & execute a commercial strategy, as well as develop & manage a team in the competitive Orthopedics market, then this opportunity could be for you

    This UK based Orthopedic Implant company, with a fantastic industry reputation has experienced commercial success across the UK & international markets.

    They have an innovative product range and are preparing for the imminent release of a brand new product into the UK & European market.

    As such, they are looking for a Head of Sales to leverage their sales & people management expertise within the Orthopedic sector, to lead UK direct & international distribution sales.

    This is a brand new position, reporting directly into the VP Global Sales, with the opportunity to make a huge impact on expanding sales domestically & oversees.

    You will benefit from commercial excellence support, as well as great visibility across the company from R&D to C-suite decision makers.

    You have sales & sales management experience within the UK Orthopedic Implant industry (Distribution sales experience in addition would be an advantage, however not a blocker to the role).

    High degree of commercial awareness within Orthopedic Implants.
    Experience in building and developing high performance sales teams.
    Full UK driving license.

    30, ,000 bonus
