    Head of Sales Performance - United Kingdom - First Point Group

    Description

    FPG is recruiting for a Head of Sales on behalf of our client, a specialist B2B solutions provider in SaaS and AI Applications.

    The successful candidate must have experience in leading a sales team of B2B hunters and B2B business development professionals in selling B2B SaaS and ideally AI/ML products/solutions .

    Of particular interest is if you have led sales teams in winning new business within the following industries – Retail, Utilities and Telecoms.

    You will drive revenue growth in these areas with new logo wins, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

    You will play a crucial role in achieving our client's sales targets and expanding their customer base.

    Hybrid-working (minimum of 3 days per week in the office in London).


    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets


    Leadership:
    Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize their performance and achieve sales targets. Provide coaching, training, and guidance to sales representatives to enhance their skills and productivity.
    Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management. Forecast sales projections and track progress against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

    Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives


    Management:
    Manage the sales budget effectively, optimizing resources and expenditures to achieve maximum return on investment. Ensure adherence to financial targets and control costs within the sales department.

    Improvement:
    Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in sales management. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, increase efficiency, and drive business growth.

    Ddegree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

    Track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 10 years of experience in B2B sales in the area of SaaS and AI/ML (ideally).

    Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
    Thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies.
    Skills and proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and reporting.
