    Senior Client Director

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, providing strategic direction and trusted advisory support across brand tracking and ad hoc research
    • Drive market revenue growth through client management and new business development
    • Translate research expertise into actionable insights that fuel business decisions and drive client satisfaction.
    • Guide cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and insights are effectively delivered.
    • Serve as a senior point of contact, facilitating clear communication and problem-solving to exceed client expectations
    • Provide leadership with timely reporting and contribute to company growth and direction

    Key Skills:

    • 10+ years' experience in a Research agency and/or client-side role.
    • Extensive experience in team management, development and mentoring.
    • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies for clients
    • Management: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with a strategic focus, ensuring satisfaction and driving growth opportunities.
    • Development: Proven track record in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, both within existing accounts and through new client acquisition.
    • Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive profitable growth and enhance client retention.

    Benefits:
