- Answering and transferring phone calls, managing emails, welcoming visitors,
- Inputting data in CRM system, clerical tasks, maintaining filing systems, resolving administrative issues,
- Preparing documents, collating timesheets, maintaining office calendars,
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements,
- Managing personnel files and HR documentation,
- Recording meeting minutes, handling correspondence,
- Managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance of office equipment,
- Using QuickBooks for accounts management, invoicing and handling bank reconciliation tasks.
- Any other ad-hoc admin/accounts duties
- Previous experience working in a similar accounts/administration role (essential)
- Construction industry knowledge i.e. CIS payments etc. (advantageous)
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and Excell
- Working experience using QuickBooks for account management
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Organised and methodical with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Full time – Permanent 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30 (30min unpaid lunch)
