My client is a high performing third sector business combining a highly respected and long-standing charity serving local communities, and a thriving commercial training and consulting business.
This unique blend gives them fantastic opportunity to expand their charitable reach to even wider communities, by optimising and growing the trading side to the business.
This means someone driven by the charitable pursuits, whilst having a deep understanding of running and growing a fully commercial business.
You will lead from the front in collaborating with community leaders, local business sponsors and commercial customers, delivering an irresistible message of optimism, persuasion and partnership.
You will manage day-to-day internal operations, supporting the small team across both charity activities and the training business.Proven track record leading a successful commercial business
Extravert personality who relishes direct interactions with all aspects of the community
Creative mindset to innovate, pivot and grow a business
Track record in enterprise-wide operational modernisation and transformation
The role is for 30 hours per week office-based in Eastleigh and the salary will be up to £52,500 for the 30 hours.
