    We are recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to provide operational support at RAF Odiham near Basingstoke.

    The Facilities Administrator will provide a variety of administrative duties for our management team to enable a more efficient service to our client.

    Their primary focus would be to effectively organise and coordinate all operational administration such as helpdesk, logging jobs, interacting with engineers/contactors, invoicing as well as supporting with reporting aspects of the contract.

    This is a new role which has been developed to support the core operations and help improve our efficiency of delivery.

    It's a great opportunity for someone with facilities experience to develop their skillset towards becoming a future Facilities Manager.
    Supporting the Site Facilities Manager(s) to ensure a smooth operation


    • Managing CAFM system (Maximo) and the management of all planned and reactive works
    • Supporting with compliance reviews when needed
    • An understanding of facilities management would be useful
