    Description

    LGBT Great careers, powered by The Ocean Partnership, supports the investment industry in building diverse high performing teams.

    The role holder will be responsible for oversight of fund accounting activities, vendor management/transfer agency, governance and supporting the management of financial reporting for a range EMEA funds.

    Key remits

    • Responsible for oversight of Investment schemes
    • Dealing with documentation and collating materials
    • Production of financial reports
    • Portfolio management
    • Transfer agency oversight
    • Dealing with expenses and invoices
    • Collating vendor management framework
    • Manage queries from both internal and external clients
    • Ensuring regulatory compliance
    • Assisting in board meetings

    Experience

    • 2 – 3 years proven fund accounting or portfolio administration experience within Asset Management/3rd party environment
    • Experience with funds
    • Knowledge of UCITS – Irish Domiciled/ Lux Funds would be useful
    • Ability to liaise with stakeholders and manage relationships
    • Good organisational skills
    • Good Excel skills
    • Ability to problem solve and identify risk
    • Good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast passed environments
